Overview GL's WebViewer™ provides the method to display and access, in real time, the entire VQuad™/VQT network including all individual as well as the central location. Components of GL's WebViewer™ Solution Components of WebViewer™ Solution GL's WebViewer™ solution is a four tier architecture. The first layer consists of GL's VQuad™ which establishes the proper calls or direct connections between the near and far end using a variety of physical interfaces.

The File Monitor transfers the degraded (recorded) voice files from the individual VQuad™ nodes to one of several VQT/VBA/EMU systems which are located on the second layer.
